Kala Gibbs

Kala has worked with animals from a young age and brings years of hands-on experience caring for and training her own pets as well as family pets. At The Coventry School, she serves as Assistant Day Camp Manager while also supporting the organization’s social media presence, combining her passion for animal behavior with a creative approach to community engagement and education.

Kala joined Coventry out of a deep love for dogs and a desire to expand her knowledge of dog behavior, training, and enrichment through positive reinforcement methods. She is especially passionate about creating an environment where dogs can gain confidence, learn new skills, and genuinely enjoy their time in day camp. As a member of the Coventry team, Kala values the collaborative, supportive culture and is committed to continuing her professional development while helping share Coventry’s mission and impact with the broader community.
