Lauren Ward

Lauren began her career at The Coventry School as a day camp attendant and advanced into the role of General Manager through four years of hands-on experience, leadership development, and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission. Her professional growth has been shaped by extensive exposure to positive reinforcement training, canine behavior, and the operational side of running a professional dog training and day camp facility.

As General Manager, Lauren is dedicated to ensuring that clients, their dogs, and the Coventry staff feel supported, respected, and set up for success. She is passionate about educating and advocating for the Coventry community while fostering a positive, healthy, and collaborative work environment. Lauren takes pride in empowering those around her and helping both clients and staff achieve their goals through thoughtful leadership and a people-first approach.
