Dog School Manager
Shanika joined The Coventry School in 2023 as a day camp staff member and quickly expanded her role by working closely with the training team, shadowing group classes, and assisting with instruction in the Kranky K9s program. Her dedication to learning and professional development led to her promotion to Day Camp Manager in 2025. With over five years of experience in dog handling and animal care, along with more than twelve years of customer service experience, Shanika brings a well-rounded, client-focused approach to her leadership role.
As a former Kranky K9s instructor and recognized trainer within the Coventry program, Shanika is passionate about providing a safe, structured, and educational environment for dogs, staff, and clients. Her work focuses on enrichment, positive reinforcement principles, and creating positive experiences that support both behavioral growth and overall well-being for every dog in her care.
